Return and Refund Policy

This website is operated and managed by Mayor Wine Co. Throughout these policies and terms, the words “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Mayor Wine Co.

Services purchased online via our website can be cancelled within 72 hours or more of the start date of the service for a full refund.  To cancel, write to us at julian@mayorwineco.com or by filling out the Contact Form on our website.

 

Purchases for services and events that occur in less than 72 hours are non-refundable but are fully transferable, either to another guest of your choosing or for another Service at the same price.

 

Changes or Cancellations to a Service you purchased that are made by Mayor Wine Co. and not by you are eligible for a full refund or can be exchanged for another service at the same price.
